This season will inspire you to discover the benefits of plants that emerge after the colder winter months. These plants can stimulate your digestion, be tonics to your liver and provide important vitamins and minerals to your daily nutrition.
Herb gardens are regaining popularity and can be designed for balconies, terraces, as aromatic kitchen gardens, with firm symmetry and purpose or as wild collectable patches of healing and nutritional plants.
The spring workshop will profile plants for culinary plants, delightful edibles, enhancing food improving nutrition and growing a few essentials.
This workshop provides you with a range of take home products to use and enjoy -
- a garden plan for culinary plants, microgreens and cooking demonstration of “Healing Plants for Life”
- a bottle of culinary herbal vinegar
- a bottle of infused herbal dressing oil
- a container of herbal cooking combo
- a herbal pesto made from delicious weeds and flowers
- a spring herbal beverage
You will also receive a workshop booklet with recipes and plant profiles for the season.
When you attend a full day workshop Valmai will also treat you to a tasty, delicious lunch and herbal beverages from the Phytofarm kitchen.
Full Day – 10am – 4pm. Half Day Option 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm
What to bring and wear – Casual shoes and clothing for wet, cool or warm weather conditions.
